Items may be returned within 30 days of the order shipment date. We accept returns of brand new, unused, and unaltered products in their original packaging, complete with all manuals, instructions, and accessories. Opened or altered items may incur a restocking fee as outlined below.
Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, firearms, ammunition, and optics cannot be returned. All firearm sales are final upon transfer. Please inspect firearms thoroughly at your transferring dealer before completing any paperwork.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving an incorrect item). If an issue is discovered after taking delivery, the firearm must be sent to the manufacturer for repairs. While we can assist in coordinating a claim, warranty costs must be settled directly with the manufacturer. If a defect is identified at the dealer before transfer, we will strive to replace the firearm, offer you an alternative option, or issue a refund, depending on product availability.

Excluding firearms, ammunition, and optics, items can be returned for an exchange, refund, or store credit within 30 days, provided they are returned with proof of purchase. Returns should be in their original condition and packaging; otherwise, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. After 30 days, returns are subject to review and may only qualify for store credit.
